East Montgomery county fair & rodeo

The East Montgomery County Fair, established in 1985, is an annual tradition dedicated to supporting the youth of our community through college scholarships and a variety of enriching activities, including the junior livestock show, Fair Queen & King contests, and much more. Through participation in these events, students gain valuable experience in leadership, responsibility, discipline, and hard work through their involvement in FFA and 4-H programs. These opportunities help prepare young people for success in college, technical schools, and future careers while shaping them into the next generation of leaders.

The East Montgomery County Fair is held at Bull Sallas Park in New Caney, conveniently located off Highway 59.
